We inspect the home you're buying or selling, investing in, or renting from top to bottom. Though each home is unique, a typical inspection includes the following areas:
We Inspect each unit of multi-family properties and pricing is based on the number of units, number of mechanical systems, and total square footage of the property.
During a typical inspection, we take between 250-500 pictures of every property we inspect. We carefully review them and include relevant photos while creating a fully detailed & descriptive report, unique to your home!
Our DJI Mavic Pro drone with high definition camera captures aerial pictures or video of your home and property. On roof inspections where areas may be difficult to see in detail our HD zoom lens camera will capture the smallest details.
Real Estate Agents - Call us for your listing shots. There are unique advantages that drone photography offers. The right shots can make a big difference in a marketing campaign, help sell a house, or provide perspective and share amazing views.
Superior detail, service, and competitive pricing is what makes Wright-Pro the right choice! Pricing is based on square footage, features & sometimes the age and location of the home. On average, our inspection prices are lower than single-inspector companies and you get two inspectors for the price of one, which allows us to cover more detail. Wright-Pro's inspectors are very thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient!

As with houses, we still check every room, every nook & cranny, plus all the mechanicals in condo's, however, if your Association covers the roof & exterior and you don't want it inspected, we take $50 off your inspection cost.
Perhaps you only want to know about the Roof or the Basement, or the Heating/Cooling or Electric system....or just a Radon Test. Just ask us about our partial inspections and we will tailor it to fit your needs at reduced prices vs. the cost of full inspections.
If the home has multiple heating & cooling systems, multiple electrical panels (not including sub-panels), and multiple water heaters, there is an additional charge, depending on the number of systems. This typically applies to large homes, multi-family properties, or those in process of conversion to single-family.
Attached and one detached garage is included in the inspection fee. Extra outbuildings such as pole barns, additional garages or other separate buildings may require an additional fee.
